As a labor & delivery nurse by trade and most recently a photographer, there is nothing I love more than watching my friends in their journey to motherhood. There is something so special about watching their heart grow and unfold into something they never knew possible. All of us with children (whether here on earth or not) know this feeling. There is simply nothing like it. It can't compare to anything else. Vicky was no exception. As nurses in the field, sometimes we know too much and our anxiety can get the better of us along the way. Vicky challenged herself in so many ways during this pregnancy, to keep her eye on the prize.
